We never had shop steward elections at every park. Its about out reach, listening to the membership on their grounds and getting their input. Empowerment through education. Advocate, educate and activate!
Shop Steward Training
Shop stewards are a very valuable part of great labor relations. This administration is dedicated to empowering members of a local to know the process by which we keep all members protected. This training was to teach new stewards techniques to ensure that every member gets a fair chance to maintain good faith relations.
